Delivery terms

The customer agrees to the valid terms of delivery with each delivery.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery.
General information about the online store
The products in the online store are sold by Yukinor, business ID 3436864-7, registered in Finland. We sell products to private persons of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, as well as incorrect stock levels.
Ordering
Products can be ordered from our online store at www.yukinor.com.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid e-mail address when ordering.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the order information provided in connection with the order (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address).
The customer checks the order confirmation to ensure that the order information is correct.
Payment service providers
The payment service providers of Yukinor webstore are Shopify Payments, Klarna, and Paytrail. Shopify Payments handles debit and credit card payments and Google Pay and Apple Pay payments. Klarna provides several payment options. Paytrail handles bank account based payments.
Shopify Payments is an integrated payment service provided by Shopify platform which is hosting the Yukinor webstore. You can read more information about delivery terms of Shopify Payments in https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms-payments-fi. Shopify Payments is powered by Stripe.
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Delivery time
The order will be shipped usually within 1-7 working days from ordering (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect or direct inconvenience or costs caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
The delivery time is determined on the basis of the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include shipping and packaging.
The delivery methods available for the order will be presented at checkout.
The shipping company for products ordered from the online store is Posti. International shipping is handled by Posti or UPS Standard.
We reserve the right to choose the method of mailing for free shipping promotions.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, fees and taxes in their destination country.
We are also not responsible for the incorrect actions and delays of logistics operators.
Exchange and return terms
Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
The right of exchange and return only applies to defectless, unused and marketable products in their original jewellery packaging. We don't accept returns after 14 days from the date the customer has received the products. The products have to be delivered to shipping company within 14 days from receiving the original delivery.
Before returning the product or products, a notification of the return of the order must be made by notifying info@yukinor.com by email. Please inform us which products your are returning. We will process the return and send you instructions and a return notification document by email that must be filled and included in the return. Price of the return is 5,9 € for each delivery.
In return situations, the customer is responsible for all costs of the return and for any loss of the return package. We do not refund lost returns.
If we have delivered a wrong product, or there is a defect in the product, we will reimburse the return and delivery costs of a new product.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or a wrong product has been delivered to you, you must immediately report the error to info@yukinor.com.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made immediately to the logistics partner.
If the return includes products that are part of a package offer, all products must be returned.

Return instructions
Pack the returned products carefully, for example in the original shipping package.
Follow the return instructions provided by email.
Include the filled return notification document in the package.

Send the return package to us.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and processed.
We will refund the price of the returned product(s) substracted by the costs of the return to your account within 2-3 days after the return has been received and the product(s) have been found to be refundable. Products which are not refundable based on these delivery terms, will not be refunded. Due to payment providers' systems, it might take up to 10 days for the money to be returned.
If the product has been paid with a gift card, the value will be refunded to the gift card or a new gift card of the same value will be issued to the customer. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unclaimed package
Failure to pick up the mail does not mean returning the order or cancelling the purchase. If the parcel is returned unclaimed, it will generate a higher additional cost than normal postage. If the package is not picked up, we will charge 10 € in addition to the original shipping costs and refund the rest of the return value.
Abuses
Yukinor has the right, if necessary, to restrict or prevent the customer's use of the online store if the customer has repeatedly behaved harmfully towards the company or contrary to our terms.
Shopify webstore platform
The Yukinor online store runs on the Shopify platform, which is responsible for providing the service. Yukinor is not responsible for the flawless functioning of the Shopify platform online.
Displaying of products
The colours, materials and shapes of the products have been presented as accurately as possible in the product images on the website. We are not responsible for any discrepancies due to, for example, the display characteristics of the device being used. The dimensions and weights of the products are presented on the website.
Force majeure
Yukinor is not responsible for delays, direct or indirect inconveniences or costs caused by incorrect condition of the products or delayed delivery caused by force majeure situation.
Applied law
All disputes are governed by Finnish law.
Denial of order
Yukinor reserves the right to refuse an order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be refunded to the Customer within 30 days.
Privacy policy
Yukinor's privacy policy can be found on our website.
Trademark and copyright
Yukinor's company name and logo are trademarks protected in Finland and all rights reserved in respect of them. The use and reproduction of the name and logo is prohibited without the permission of the trademark owner.
