The information stored in the register is obtained with the customer's consent from the data subjects themselves either through the online store, by email, by phone, when participating in marketing campaigns or subscribing to a newsletter, when using Yukinor's physical sales points or other similar means.
We store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the register or to comply with the law.
7. Regular disclosure of data
The data in the register is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act and is not passed on to third parties.
However, Yukinor may disclose customer register information to its partners if it is necessary for the processing of the customer's order, the mailing of orders, ensuring payment processing or marketing.
If necessary, data may also be disclosed to authorities within the limits permitted and required by current legislation.
8. Transfer of personal data outside the EU or EEA
The data in the register will not be disclosed outside the EU or EEA unless it is necessary for Yukinor's customer's order, mailing orders, ensuring payment processing or marketing.
9. Principles of register protection
All information in the register is processed and stored confidentially. The data in the register is stored electronically on Internet servers. The register shall not be kept in hard copy. The security of the devices used by Yukinor for business purposes is taken care of appropriately.
The data in the register is processed only by Yukinor employees whose duties require the use of the information in the customer register. Each employee has their own username and password. Employees are bound by professional secrecy. The register is protected from use by third parties.
10. Customer's rights
A customer who has provided information to Yukinor has the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the customer registers. If a person wishes to inspect the data stored about him/her, demand corrections to the data or request the removal of data from the register, the request must be sent in writing by post and signed to the company's customer service. Before disclosing data, the customer must prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
The customer may also prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing by notifying Yukinor's customer service. You can cancel an email letter by following the instructions at the end of the direct marketing message.
The customer has the right to request the removal of personal data concerning him or her from the register.
11. Use of cookies
Yukinor uses cookies that are stored on the user's device. Cookies are used to monitor visitor traffic and to develop e-commerce and marketing. Cookies are limited in duration and do not harm the user's terminals. The user can allow or deny the use of cookies on our website.
